MADE School offers comprehensive training in the fields of food and wine and reception, through a highly job-oriented course to be immediately exploited in the labour market.
Graduates will be able to manage all the activities linked to catering: from recognizing the food and wine products to learning about the new trends in culinary arts, from procurement to quality control in the production and distribution of food and drinks.
At the end of the course, students will also know how to manage the organization of events and banqueting services; they will be able to manage the reception of clients, also coming from abroad, and meet their various requests; they will also have the economic knowledge required for the management of marketing, costs and accounting in catering.
Thanks to the skills acquired during the MADE course, students may work in the following functions:

At the end of the course, anyone obtaining the diploma and wishing to continue with the training to obtain an undergraduate degree in Tourism science at Fondazione Campus of Lucca will be automatically recognised 12 university credits (CFU).
